Cox stations dropped?

Cox Communications owns Cox Cable, so they know the going rates for cable.  I think that Cox does not want to pay the higher rates which AT&T wants, so they're not going to give in during negotiations.  Meanwhile, it seemed confusing why different network stations in different cities were affected, just like WSBTV in Atlanta.  Reason?  Cox Media owns a number of TV stations across the nation.  Here's a list that are or will be affected by AT&T negotiations with Cox Media, according to Wikipedia.
