Re: Rentention promotion invalid?

Same thing is happening to me. I have to call them every month cause my bill gets higher and higher. When I called last month , the womant who "fixed" my bill to what it suppose to be,somehow didn't put it in the computer that is was fixed.... So the sassy woman I talked to today(cause by bill was way higher this month) , her name being Renee, she didn't want to give me her last name , gave me the run around and said there's nothing she can do, nothing! I told her she was being really sassy and to tell her supervisor to call me, we'll still no phone call! Surprising ?? We are def switching after this, and so done with their poor customer service! Att needs t get more competent workers over there, JS
