@robmc03 Welcome to the club. There is a more lengthy discussion about this here:

You are not alone, my friend.

@robmc03  There is no email to customer uverse reasearch (never heard of it).

Best place is PM ATT Uverse Care an have them do an address verification.  Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature below, by Need Help?

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service address verification problems.

Include your name, address, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.  This can take upto 2 weeks to complete.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply, possibly by email instead. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck 😉

@robmc03 This is exactly the same situation I'm in except it is my neighbor across the street and he gets Gigapower while I have 3Mbps DSL. From experience, you will likley get nowhere with AT&T. If you have a cable option take it and consider yourself lucky. Otherwise, best of luck with AT&T.

You should get down on your knees and thank the Lord that you don't have uverse (sorry that is not politically correct but I couldn't think of another way to phrase it).  All who have it hate it!!!! It is nothing but problems and bad service.  Pick any other company, don't go with att uverse.

@Anonymous  Quit thinking you talk for me about the Uverse IPTV/Internet I have, it is great.

Any TS I use ATT Uverse Care here and nites/weekends use Filipino TS and very satisfied.   For billing/other things, ATT Customer Care here.  I don't talk to CS on the phone. 😉

I am not talking for you, you can obviously speak for yourself.  I am speaking for most of the people in my community and aquaintances and friends I know, all of whom share the same, seemingly majority opinion.
