Auto pay cancellation from outside the US
I was sold and Auto pay prepaid sim when I visited the US as a tourist and now need to cancel this sim how can I go about this online as I do not have a 4 digit pin and do not want to sit on the line to a call-center for over 10 mins already as its costing me a fortune calling from my country? PLEASE HELP

You needed to do that before leaving the US. Your only options now are to call or cancel your credit card. You can call the international support number and ask them to call you back so that you don’t run up charges.
