Cant pay prepaid line please help.
i just ported my number from verizon physical sim to att esim.
i actived the esim and my number shows under the esim ,but it says pay now and i have no data. i tried using 4 different credit cards and then paypal. Paypal charged me but paygonline still says due now and i have no internet and cant make calls.
also when i login to the myatt app doesnt even have my line listed but has my dads old line and and says suspended but hes on straightalk.
Please help

Fix was to try to make a payment over the phone with wifi then ask to speak to billing and then they fixed it and said it was an issue on their end.

Power cycle the device
By the way if you purchased prepaid service you log into the paygo online website, not my ATT. You log in with your 10-digit phone number. You should have also created a password and a PIN code during activation
