Hello @DraventheRaven,

We hear you and would like to help you.

To turn off pocket mode -

  1. Open Settings by swiping up from the bottom of your screen and tapping the gear-shaped Settings app icon.
  2. Tap Utilities (if you can’t find this option, you might be running Android 12, which has updated menus). Alternatively, you can search for “Pocket Mode” using the search bar in Settings.
  3. Toggle the switch next to “Pocket Mode” to turn it off. This will disable Pocket Mode for any OnePlus phones using Android 11 or earlier1.

Remember, if Pocket Mode is activating randomly or impacting your fingerprint reader on Android 12, ensure there’s no dust or debris under your screen protector and that your phone case isn’t blocking any sensors1. Unfortunately, for Android 12, you won’t be able to disable Pocket Mode anymore

I hope this information helps.

Looking forward hearing from you.

Thank you,

Jessica, AT&T Community Specialist.
