All Circuits Busy
When my fiance tries to call me, She receives the message "All Circuits are Busy". It only happens when she calls my number. This isn't a lines tied up or anything because all other calls go out fine and I am able to receive calls from all other numbers.

We understand how important it is to get your fiances call. Are you both in the U.S.? Is she calling from a landline? What time of the day is she calling?
The All Circuits Busy message is a result of high call volumes resulting in network congestion. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

This has been happening for over a month now. Our ZIP code is 14701. She is calling from a mobile phone. This also happens at any time of day.

Hey there @diabloman016!
Our systems show no service interruption in your area. Try having your fiance delete your number from her phone then dial it and check whether the results are the same.
Also, make sure to verify that her number didn't somehow end up blocked on your phone. Use our Device Support center to find out how to unblock a number from your device. Simply select your device's make and model, then Calling & contacts and finally Block calls. Follow the prompts to remove your fiance's phone number from block (if it's blocked).

I am trying to call my friend ( Samsung phone w AT&T) all I get is All circuits are busy. I can call other friends and he can receive calls from others. He has not blocked me and I have not blocked him. I am using an iPhone XR with Xfinity Mobile This is on going on for the last 2 weeks

I having the same problem. I cannot make or receive any phone calls. I have a land line phone. It cannot receive text messages not now or ever. At this point I doubt that it will even let me call 911.I have tried to call my local police non emergency phone number. The call will not go thru. Toll free numbers also will not work. In fact I have not found anything that does work. It has power. The battery is charged fully. It gives me a dial tone but other than that nothing is working. I am in 50595-2010 zip plus 4 code area.it has been down all day. What is going on?
