Android galaxy express prime 2
I just bought yesterday the Samsung galaxy express prime 2. This morning it was saying that my password was invalid and locked me out so I tried resetting it now my phone is not turning on and it is staying at black screen I tried to take the battery out, I try taking the Sim card out and it will still not turn back on I just bought the phone yesterday and I paid $141 for eig this morning it was saying that my password was invalid and lock me out so I tried resetting it now my phone is not turning on and 80 staying at black screen I tried to take the battery out, I try taking the Sim card out and it will still not turn back on I just bought the phone yesterday and I paid $141 for it.

If you experience issues with a device within the first 14 days I would recommend taking the device to the original point of sale to have the device switched out for different new device
