Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble finding that voicemail that you saved! The good news is that I’m here to help out!
Whenever you save a visual voicemail to your device, it actually gets stored within the internal memory of the phone, unless you specifically tell it to save to an SD card you have installed.
Voicemails stored in the internal memory can be accessed from a file manager or a computer. To access it from a file manager, there are a few you can download via the Play Store.
To access them from your computer, you’d need to plug your phone into a PC using the cable that came with the phone if possible. Once you have the phone plugged in, you can go into the HTC One M8’s files by loading the external device. You’re looking for a file that says VVM. The voicemail will be stored in there.
