AT&T Mobile Security --> System Advisor Root Detection

LG V20, Android 7.0

I installed the Mobile Security App, and am confused by the report that System Advisor is giving.

It says "No Root Access Detected" but underneath it says "Detected 18 hrs ago"

Is this just a poor choice of words? Does it really mean "Checked 18 hrs ago" or was my phone in fact  "accessed 18 hrs ago?"
