Baseband version doesn't match

Galaxy S8 Active my base and version does not match what ATT says it is supposed to be. It says I am up to date. I have checked and done everything the forums and att says. I have done a factory reset I don't know what else to do. I would love to have the new update.

I suggest you take your phone to a Samsung Repair Center located in designated uBreakiFix locations. They should be able to update the phone for you, but the process may wipe out all your data, so be sure you do a backup before you take your phone in to be updated.

Call AT&T and ask them to re-provision your sim card.

Taking your phone to a Samsung Repair Center, especially at uBreakiFix locations, is a reliable option for updating it. However, be prepared for potential data loss during the update process, so ensure you back up your data beforehand.
