Can't get phone unlocked by AT&T
I have a Motorola moto g stylus 5G that was part of a prepaid plan for over 2 years and the account is paid up. I have tried to submit a request to unlock the device, but it has gotten denied both times saying to use the app on the phone. There is no unlock app on the phone, and the online portal just auto denies it saying to use the app on the phone. I have checked the eligibility requirements multiple times and it appears there should be no issue with me getting this unlocked. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Look for the app in Google Play. It'll only show for devices that use it. I can't find it using my S24+, but I can see it if I search for it in the browser on my PC.
You should be able to find it in Google Play using your phone. It's "AT&T Device Unlock" by AT&T Services, Inc. There are other look-alike apps with similar names, but it has to be that specific one, and specifically from AT&T Services Inc.

File a better Business bureau complaint online. The better Business bureau complaint is forwarded to AT&T upper Management and someone will contact you.

You said "was a part." Is it no longer being use on the prepaid account? If so, did you request the unlock as a non-customer?
