Can't send or recieve pictures s24

I switched to at&t 3 DAYS ago for the first time ever. So far, it's been TERRIBLE-

I didn't think my service could get worse, plus the great deals I got on the s24 (& iPhone 14) so I switched from tmobile to att and every day I've regretted it- service is worse and I have not been able to send a single picture or even recieve a picture (I have tested with many different people sending me things, nothing has come through)

I am laying in bed, at home, connected to my wifi and can't even use my phone!? (Edited per community guidelines). Their 5G is (Edited per community guidelines). I wish I had seen this forum, with SO many people having the same issues with this company prior to switching. They got me with the new shiny phones and I fell for it - going back to tmobile immediately- and my note10- best phone I ever had- never problems like this with the brand new s24 on this (Edited per community guidelines)ty network

Edit: I have tried every trick already and nothing has worked - so save it att

Hello @Effatnt,

We understand how important is to be connected and let's get the help you need.

Try resetting your network settings.

  • If you're using iOS, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • On Android, go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
  • Switch on and turn off the Airplane mode.
  • Make sure your device software is up to date.

Hope this helps! Feel free to revert for any further questions.

Sounds like you should switch back to T-Mobile. If it hasn't been 3 days yet, you can port back to T-Mobile & return the phone and owe nothing. If it's day 4 or later, you can return the phone within 14 days, but you will owe for a full month.
