Compatibility, text/ calls delayed or no go

Same issues my text take too long to send and  receiving sometimes don't come through along with my phone calls. Voicemail is glitchy also.I switched to AT&T because of first responder discount, I was 25 years with Verizon. Verizon never had issues with calls or texts sending and receiving. I got a brand new phone from AT&T Samsung s24 Ultra and I have missed calls notification and  phone never rings. Ill be on my phone (google) and get missed call notification.  (Edited per community guidelines)??  There is also many othet glitches with this phone. I think Samsung and AT&T are not compatible. I would rather pay double and go back to Verizon to get the calls that I need to come through along with my texts they sold me on the first responder being that it's a special program and never missed calls it's been a nightmare. Everything is not worth the discount and hassle. I would of never switched from Verizon.  Now I'm stuck with this plan with new phone contact.

You should have taken advantage of the 14 day return window.  Returned the new phone, and going back to Verizon. There's a reason a return window is required from all service providers, because they don't all, cannot all, have coverage everywhere. It's very apparent that first net / AT&T do not cover wherever it is you are well enough to be your service provider.

If you are past the 14-day return window you will have to pay off the phone, unlock it, and then you can take it back to Verizon and use it there.

14 days isn't enough time. What happened to 30 or 60 day?   It's a gotcha scam.   Plus I already traded a phone into att for the new s24. I doubt I would of received my unrefubished phone back. That worked fine.  It goes back to the old saying.  " if it ain't broke don't fix it"  I was trying to save money but now I have to deal with the choices I made.  What a difference in quality of companies.

T-Mobile and AT&T both have a return policy that is 14 days long. That should be enough time for you to test the local network and determine whether or not it works for you.  Verizon extended their return window to 30 days.

AT&T business customers have 30 days.

Most businesses have a 14 to 30 day return policy on goods.  The FCC only requires a 14 day window.

It's printed all over the back of ATT register receipts.  If you make your purchase at Best buy they make you sign or initial the 14 day return policy and restock fee.
