Your phone is under warranty but warranty does not cover cracked screens or any other physical damage. As noted above, you are on the hook to repair it. If you have insurance, they may do a screen replacement for less than what you can find on your own. Do not take it to ATT, they do not do screen repairs.

No that is physical damage. Your on the hook for the repair or you have to get a new phone

Does ATT's Mobile Protection Pack still offer screen repairs in any market? I have filed a claim and it let me choose repair device and set up an appointment date and time. Now it is telling me that I have to choose the mail option because there are no available repair options for any of the zip codes in my area. I want to just pay the $49 for a small crack in the screen. Not the $113 or so for a refurbished device. Would taking the replacement option count as a payment to the remaining balance on the phone? Also when I bought the device I was told that they would be rolling out in store repairs, Is this true or not? If not would I be able to get my insurance premium refunded due to it being sold and not being eligible? I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area.
