Data stopped working entirely

So my cellular data hasn't been working for about a month now. I've tried seemingly everything to fix it. I've browsed forums. I've read articles. I used AT&T's trouble shooting tools. I even got a new phone. Nothing has worked. At this point I can only assume AT&T has just cut off my data for some reason. My plan hasn't changed, even looking it up on my account I have a bunch of extra data rolled over (likely because I can't even use it) So what gives? Has anyone had a similar issue? I haven't been able to find anyone having quite the same problems I seem to be having.

 

Any help is appreciated

If I were you, I would park myself at an AT&T store until the problem is fixed. There is no reason a new phone, a new sim card cannot solve the issue.
