French OnePlus One not getting any network

Hello,

I am a french student currentrly in the US and I bought an AT&T sim card, but when inserted in my OnePlus One I cannot get any connection, not even 2G. It was working back in france with my provider. I already changed the APN information, and when I try to select the carrier by myself, I see AT&T available but I cannot connect to it. I'm running cyanogen 12.1.1-YOG7DAS2K1

Thanks in advance for your help.

Try power cycling the phone.

Is the SIM card already active?  You need an active sim in order to get service.  If you are using prepaid, the sim may not be active yet, so it isn't working.

If you go to an ATT store to get the sim activated, then install in the one plus one.

I tried to reboot it, and the sim card is working in an AT&T phone right now. It is activated. I thought maybe I would have to flash it with the last firmware version but I don't know if it will help.

ATT would have no problem with current firmware.

Time to look at the APN settings.

Well I fixed it. But I had to flash the last version via fastboot again with a full wipe data. So I think the problem was coming from here. Anyway thanks for your help.
