Not enough information. Is he on your account? Does your account indicate that his phone has active service?
If he is not on your account, then the next question is, is he paying for service? On time? Service suspended?
Are there any error messages on the phone?

My sons Galaxy s24 is gett getting the error not registered to network what does that mean? It’s not just at home it’s sporadic where he is. It’s a new phone because his older galaxy was doing the same thing so thought it was that, but if brand new is the same it’s something going on. It’s only happened in the past 2 days.

Sorry I wasn’t sure it was posted. But yes he is on my account so it’s paid. He is finding out other people he works with are having the same issues. So it’s not the plan.

Same issue with the same phone??
Again please post adequate information. We cannot determine at this time whether the problem is his phone, but that's the only assumption available
If there's something wrong with the phone, it is still under warranty. He can contact AT&T or Samsung about warranty repair or replacement.
He should first go through the troubleshooting steps.
