Honor 7X: 'no data plan available'

Hello,

I have received today my new cell phone, the Honor 7X and i do not have access to my data plan (i have 2 or 3 GB per month).

In the mobile data settings, it is written 'no data plan available'

Please tell me how to use my data plan on the celle phone.

Edit: i bought the cell phone on amazon.com, the model is BND-L24

Edit: i can call and receive sms, the only issue is with the data plan.
