Message images not received on wifi
I have poor signal strength at my house. My GS7 works fine for phone calls on wifi calling and text messages come in fine but images are delayed or do not come thru. I get a grey box with "No subject". I have cleared cache but this has not helped. Images seem to work fine over mobile network.

Does this image issue happen over other Wifi connections as well? Because if you can receive images when you're on data, as well as on other Wifi connections, the issue is with your home internet service.

Nope. Not a helpful or accurate answer AT&T. It is an AT&T software problem.

I have the same problem with my Galaxy S10+ and my wife's. It doesn't matter which wifi network I am on, the attachments will not come through until wifi is turned off. This is very annoying,
