Messaging Problem
I have a LG K20, and every time I open my messaging application the notification pops up : " AT&T Messages Backup & Sync
It looks like you might have prepaid service, a corporate account, or a setting that doesn't support Backup & Sync. Don't worry though, you can still keep right on messaging."
I just want this to stop popping up every time I open my messaging application. Any help?

To access the AT&T Messages Backup & Sync, tap the Messages icon > Tap the MORE icon > Tap Settings > Tap AT&T Messages Backup & Sync > Tap Stop Backup. For the exact steps for your LG K20, please click on our Device Support where you can view-step-by step instructions and user manuals.
