My note 20 ultra not registering to network but its showing full signal in the top right corner

Note 20 ultra not registering to network have tried everything on the troubleshoot page... ive recently been using a backup device because my screen was broken so i had my screen fixed and put my sim card back it it did a software update and cant make or recieve phone calls or text messages sais phone is not registered to a network so i can only make emergency calls

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart your phone and see if that resolves the issue.

Turn off Wi-Fi calling if it’s switched on. You can do this by going to Phone > More > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling.

Reinsert your SIM card and make sure it’s not damaged. Ensure that the card is set properly in the tray with the metal pins in the right position.

Manually choose your network. Make sure the correct carrier is selected in your settings. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Search now and select your carrier’s network.

Change the network mode. If you’re in a low reception area that doesn’t support 5G or 4G.

Update your phone’s firmware and operating system to the latest version.

Reset the network settings. This will erase all Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If none of these step’s work, we recommend you contact your mobile carrier for further assistance.

Hey bro, did u end up sorting the problem out? I have the exact same problem, I got my screen fixed and after that I get the same message pop up everytime I make a call. I even put other people's sim cards in my phone and it still happens. Please if u had any progress let me know. Cheers

I have the exact same issue!  Have tried every step they recommended and contacted my carrier and still no help!
