No Caller Id / WIFI Slow / Delayed Texts and Voicemails

I'm not sure what is going on at all with AT&T. 
I called yesterday regarding 2 phones on my plan that the caller ID was not working. It shows the Phone Number but not the Contact. I was told it was a Samsung S8 issue, when i told the rep the other phone wasn't a galaxy he said it was a Samsung / Android Issue. We cleared caches's and did this walk through process that was supposedly going to let me view who was calling. Unfortunately, it didn't work. 

The 3rd phone on my plan told me today that their Internet is slow. I checked our data and we have Plenty. I also noticed that the last week or so that even when I am on WIFI the internet is slow on my phone (just fine on my computers, so it is a phone issue not computer). My 3rd phone user also said that on WIFI their phone is slower too. They have an Android but not Samsung.

I have a friend who has AT&T (android) and their text messages (sending/receiving) are being delayed by like 2 days. They went into the store and were told that they probably needed to upgrade their phone. It's a newer phone on a 2 year contract. I mentioned this to my mom (who's on my plan) and she said that she saw a voicemail notification within this last week. She went to check and there were 7 in there that were a week old, that hadn't been there previously and hadn't had any notifications or indications that she had any voicemails waiting. 

 

I've seen in the community forum some issues about the caller id not working. and I'm sure it just needs patched with an Update. But I wasn't sure how many other people are having issues with the other things, or if anyone at AT&T was aware of it. I REALLY hope it gets fixed soon because we all pay a lot for the service that AT&T provides and this is all a bit, ridiculous 😕

Have you checked to make sure your devices are up to date with the latest software? Are you experiencing cellular interruption in your area? Has this cellular concern happen previously?

I keep checking to see if another update has been released. My phone says it has the most recent software. There isn't cellular interruption in the area. I have already called support and have reset my cache. I have tried the workaround.

I have surfed through the community comments and can see this is all a recurring issue with your service. There are Multiple users having the caller Id not showing who is calling or only showing a phone number. several users are having texting delays as well. This isn't something the USER can fix man, like this is on your end. Is there any ETA on an update roll-out to correct these issues? 

Like this is irritating the other two people on my plan. I've been with AT&T for like 10 years.. and I'm about ready to go somewhere else.
