No Text Log

Okay so I just recently changed password on the MyAT&T app, and later on when I went to look at the data, text, and talk logs all they had was mobile data. No text usage or talk usage. Why is this missing? Can someone please help me find a fix

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to access your text message log with myAT&T. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. Are you using the myAT&T app, or the myAT&T desktop website? Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies for your internet browser, or deleting and reinstalling the myAT&T app on your wireless device? Please let us know. I'm using the MyAT&T app on an android smart phone. I've tried uninstalling the app multiple times, updating it, reinstalling it. Also have tried using the internet browser on my phone and going on the MyAT&T website, deleting the cache and cookies,  signing out, signing back in.. nothing seems to be working. Every once in a while it'll show maybe 5 messages on the text log and if you check again they're gone and it's back to it just showing mobile data usage. I've did my research and other people have had this problem before. I just need a reason for why this is happening and a solution asap. Thank you!
