Phone Messages

I have an Android and i tried editing my phone message options only to accidentally turn it into a perpetual busy code. I tried Androids reset thing and that didn't work. They said the only other option was to contact my provider and get my phone messages reset or something. Can you help?

Hi,
It's a Moto x4. I tried resetting my voicemail in settings, but when I did
that now whether I call 1 or the number I put in it gives a busy signal.
When I looked on some forums I found it might be something I need at&t to
reset for me, as I've messed things up. I can't receive voicemails either,
people get a "voicemail not set up" message.
Thank you for your help!

Hello, @Noaicamille,

Thank you for reaching out. To be able to check your voicemail settings in our system, we'll need some account information. We've sent a private message (PM) requesting this. Please check your inbox by clicking on the envelope in the top right. Locate the PM and reply to the message with specific details.
