Pixel 8 pro IMEI ot recognized
Hi, I have a pixel 8 pro that's unlocked. AT&T has said my device is not compatible with their network because IMEI is not recognized. I contacted Google support and they have confirmed that my device is unlocked and can be used with any carrier. I have used the same phone in Europe and Canada so it's odd that AT&T won't recognize my IMEI because it's not in their system. Can someone please help me?

AT&T recognizes North American models. If your pixel was purchased in Europe, it is not compatible with AT&T system.
These are the Google devices which have been tested and functioned on AT&T (as of February 2024)
If your model number is not on there, it won't work
