You really had to ask? You should always assume something is a scam or a phishing attempt first.
I don't know what you clicked on but forget to say do not click on something if you don't know what it is. In general, scams are going to offer you something for free or for a ridiculous price, or some sort of prize, those are always a scam. Don't click on those.

I didn't click on the link shown. I clicked on the Twitter link. That's when those two links popped up.

Hi @Tthew,
The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can call, chat, or reach out via social media and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
Veronica, AT&T Community Specialist.

Why would anyone want to post malicious links other than to get people to click on them and get hacked or scammed? Go post them on the dark web.
