Public wifi streaming issue

I work at a Big Box store that uaes ATT Public WiFi and can not stream Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, or play any game that requires wifi.

I can still download from play store and go on-line so I know it's working but every time I try to stream it trys to load for a while then says that, "internet is unavailable".

It's not my device or my own network because I've tried. It on other public networks and they work just fine. But when I come to a place that uses ATT Public WiFi I get the same, can't connect, message.

It's the same with 2 phones and my tablet. So I know it's not the device. And 2 diffrent brands.

 1: LG5

 2: LG30v

3: Samsung 3 Tablet

4: my service is through Sprint.

This only started back in Novemebrish.

The only way I could get them to conect was with an VPN blocker. And I don't loke useing those.

they are blocking those services they always have at most places.  If you can get around it with a vpn that means its blocked at the router level.
