Question
I NEED help ASAP. I factory reset my Z998 phone cause the camera would not work and now my phone is different than it was before. The play store is different and I can't get apps on my phone I had before cause it says they are not compatible. HELP ME ASAP PLEASE

Thank you for letting me know you factory reset your phone. It sounds like your device needs the software updates. Please visit our Device Support page for instructions on how to check your phone for updates. Make sure your device is selected, and then towards the bottom of the screen is a link Software updates.
If it says your device is up to date, yet the Baseband and Build number do not match, we may need to update your IMEI in our system. If we do not have the correct IMEI three is a good chance you will not receive the over the air updates.
