Hi there, let's get you the information you need.
Do not click on any links or pictures that are not verified, and come directly from AT&T. Forward the suspicious text message to 7726 (SPAM). Messages forwarded to 7726 are free for AT&T customers and won't count toward your texting limits. If you're not able to view the number or forward it as a message, forward us the entire message at abuse@att.net.
Once the message has been reported, there is nothing else for you to do. AT&T will launch an investigation and do whatever they have to in order to get the spam message stopped.
Happy to help!
Thank you for visiting AT&T Community Forums!
