Received unlock code, but my phone is not giving me a notification to enter the code in
I submitted a request for an unlock code, and I got approved and received the code and instructions. I was told to turn the phone on and wait for the notification where I can enter the code. I never got that notification. What do I do to trigger that notification? Is there something I can do instead?

So what carrier SIM did you install?
Please provide complete information when you post on a community forum. This is not a place for 20 questions. If you installed a Verizon SIM or a boost Mobile SIM or something else please say what sim from what service provider

We hear you, and we would like to shed some light on this.
Once the unlock request is approved, you will receive a text message or email with the unlock code and instructions to unlock your device. You can follow the instructions to use the unlock code and unlock the device. Also, you can try installing any other carrier sim, and it should give you a prompt to enter your unlock code.

I installed my Mint Mobile sim. I have a Motorola G stylus 5g. When I turn on my phone it does not give me the notification to enter in the code I had received from my unlock request from AT&T after having that approved. There is not notification that pops up after any length of time after I turn my phone on. I have turned the phone off and on multiple times. It's been on for hours with no notification.
I was not trying to play 20 questions, I was not aware that my service provider was relevant information. This is a situation I have never dealt with before so I do not know what relevant information I need to provide to get help.
