S5 Update Error - Non-AT&T Customer
When i enter the software update and click "check update" it says "software update interrupted" and "wait for 24 hours to check again"
How can i update my phone to lollipop?
Fota or maybe kies?
Additionally, my sister bought this phone from USA at 2014 summer and bring it to me Turkey.
Model Number: SM-G900A
Android version: 4.4.2
Baseband version: G900AUCU2AND3

You MUST be on the AT&T network to get the update. It is not available via Kies.

Be patient. I got the same error and got the update a few days later. AT&T is rolling out slowly over time.

He is in Turkey. He will not get the OTA update.

Is there any way i can connect to AT&T network from Turkey? I think it's not possible with ease.
I can ask why i must be on the AT&T network to get update and is there anyone can share dataplan with me proxy or like something? It must be the way for it.

Your only option, at this time, is to root the phone and install a custom rom. Since you aren't on the ATT network anyway, you won't miss any of the ATT apps.
