Transferring data to new phone
My old phones screen went black. How can I transfer pics etc with the USB cable? All my pics aren't on the cloud

@lyrical123 — the USB transfer options depend on the phone and computer used. I find Windows easier to use for this than Mac OS (the phone storage just appears in the Windows Explorer), but still I think I get prompted on the phone as to whether to allow the computer to access phone data — at least the very first time I connect to a computer I haven't used to access the phone before. So if you're connecting your phone to a computer for the very first time chances are without a working screen you won't be able to recover the data.
