Unfortunately, this method does not turn off my password. I've tried it many times. This method does work on my other phone though but not on this one (Samsung Galaxy 23FE). Any other suggestions?
Hi @eproud, after reviewing your concern and trying to resolve through the Community Forums, it looks like you may need more account specific support. I contacted AT&T Customer Service chat. We've made some success. The agent "provisioned the Voicemail feature" and told me to turn OFF Wi-fi while setting up Voicemail and turn ON cellular data. With Wi-Fi off, it allowed me to reset my Voicemail and to turn off the password; however, when I turned Wi-Fi back on, I still get the prompt to enter my password in order to retrieve my Voicemail messages. So having Wi-Fi on or off seems to affect whether or not the password is required to access my Voicemail. This despite the fact that my agent told me that having Wi-Fi on should not affect my Voicemail settings. Unless there is a go-around for this dilemma, I will have to either turn off Wi-Fi or enter my password every time I want to check my Voicemail - not quite the end of the world but a bit annoying. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
