Is there a Reset Phone option (key command) that doesn't require unlocking your phone first? That might erase all of your data but at least you'd have your phone back. Of course if you've recently backed up your phone then it's no big deal.

Although, I assume you've been using this phone over some time, unlocking this phone every time, several times a day, over however long you've used this phone. Seems strange that you would suddenly forget the PIN.
Unless, this is a very old phone you haven't used in a while.
