Unlock Prepaid Device
I can't seem to unlock my At&t prepaid phone even though I meet the requirements. It's a moto g play (2021). Tried the Device Unlock App but get a "device unlock failed".

I can't seem to unlock my At&t prepaid phone even though I meet the requirements. It's a moto g play (2021). Tried the Device Unlock App but get a "device unlock failed".

The unlock app submits an unlock request. The phone has to meet all the requirements. It would have to be currently active on AT&T, would have to have been used for 6 months of prepaid service.
And it has to be locked to AT&T in order to unlock it. If your phone was purchased as an unlocked device, it's already unlocked
