@Cookyuma ,
There is no Android 15 yet. That's for next year. If you mean 14, that, you should have by now.
But, you have to be an AT&T customer, using an AT&T SIM in the US to get the update.

Samsung is a separate company from us, therefor we would not be able to assist you with the software update. I would recommend you reach out to Samsung directly at 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) any time for assistance with this issue. Below is the link to their support page which also includes a text chat option to get some help.

Is the update through the phone (samsung), or the carrier, I have boost mobile as my carrier, anyways I'm stuck at Android 13, phone says I'm up to date

In response to your question, the updates to AT&T devices are rolled out by IMEI. The Android OS is owned by Google, and they send updates over to various devices running Android. AT&T notifies customers about the update once Samsung makes it available to the public. While we completely understand how uncomfortable this issue is for you, we humbly request you to remain patient as you will receive an update soon.

AT&T branded Android phones only update when connected to the AT&T system which means AT&T customer prepaid or postpaid, and in the United States
If you have switched to a different network, that might be why you are not getting updates
