Voice in phone calls

using a ZTE Maven 2  Call quality has a distinct issue.  I can hear phone calls well enough, but you can't hear voice from my phone. its just nothing

 

 

This only happens with phone calls. I can use sound recorder well enough-the mic seems fine-but can send out voice.

I am sorry to hear you are having audio issues with your device especially on your ZTE Maven. I understand how this can be a very serious concern. I would love to look into it!


I would highly recommend trying our troubleshooting. A great resource is our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Once the link is accessed please choose Make and Model >Audio. It will get you to step by step troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve your audio issues.


If audio issues continue after the troubleshooting, you will be able to check options through insurance or warranty if eligible on your account.
