Voice-mail timestamp

When retrieving voice-mail, the timestamp is on the incorrect time zone. How do I change it?

Check Personal Options:
When accessing your voicemail, try navigating to your “personal options” and “administrative options.” There might be an option there to change the voicemail time zone.

Network :
Since you live close to the time zone border, the voicemail timestamp is influenced by the cellular tower providing service to your device. It registers based on the time zone of your device’s current location. 

Adjust Time Zone Settings (if applicable):
Depending on your specific voicemail system, you might be able to adjust the time zone directly within the voicemail settings.

Thanks for the options, but none of those scenarios/fixes either worked or applied to my issue. Frustrating, but not lethal. Just an annoyance of having to "do the math" every time I listen to a voicemail
