The instructions are on the official Google page that has the OTA update images here: https://developers.google.com/android/ota. I am surprised that Google support hasn't mentioned it.
Just make sure to follow the instructions and to download the correct OTA image for your device. Ignore the factory images completely.
If you're in a hurry and the phone doesn't pick up the OTA even when you force a check for update you can sideload the OTA image from the Google repository. Definitely beats waiting for AT&T.
Thank you, I've heard that you can do that but I cannot find exactly how. Google support just keeps telling me to do a force check. Is there a link or instructions for the sideload that you can share? Thanks!
