Where is the 4.4.2 update for my Galaxy S3?
The Kitkat update came out almost two months ago for the Galaxy S3, all my friends got it, but me. I even tried talkng to tech support a couple weeks later and they told me to wait a couple more weeks, which I have, I've waited long enough. I don't have a rooted phone and I remember getting the 4.3 update just fine.
I don't understand why I haven't recieved it or why no one can actually help me from AT&T. I have tried everything, but when I go to download the update, it keeps telling me that the update is interrupted and to wait 24 hours. This is getting annoying.

You could try updating via Samsung Kies.

Tried that, but I forgot to add it in my original post. It kept wanting to say that it was up to date in Kies, which that even seemed odd, because it showed 4.3 even there.
I guess it doesn't matter now, I went to the AT&T store yesterday and upgraded to the Galaxy S5 Active, since my boyfriend was having battery drain issues after he got the 4.4 update on his S3 and mine was still not updating.
