Worse customer support
I just had the worse customer care support from ATT...having been with ATT since 2006. My galaxy S3 phone's battery does not charge properly and in some cases even discharges while plugged into charger after I received the ATT's kitkat update of android. I had the battery replaced..didnt help. Then I got the phone replaced..that didnt help either. Problem is that this phone does not run well with the ATT's kitkat version of android - it has serious bugs!!! And ATT is just denying that. I am contemplating on cancelling my subscription of my family plan with ATT.

I can't begin to tell you the stupid issue they are fighting with me over right now but after a couple of decades I am looking to move to anyone else. at&t is the worst service and I don't care about customer based company I heve ever seen, and it's getting worse as time goes on, they used to be 1/2 way human not it's read the script, appologize and say NO!

I couldn't agree more with you. The lady over the phone was just so robotic. I was trying to explain something to her..and all she was doing is reading the same stupid script over and over which wasnt't making any sense. On top of everything, the first customer care lady I spoke to, I told her why do you even customize android if you have bugs in your code. And she even said that they dont customize anything. What about all the ATT navigator, ATT smart wifi, ATT messages, ATT drivemode, family map,etc, etc.. List goes on and on....Gosh..why does ATT put such stupid people on the front line without giving them basic training.

Its not all att's fault samsung can't get a update right. They arnt testing the updates I will say that tho. To many problems with people updating samsung devices.
as for the xtra programs there apk's(program files) there not in the code just disable them. you can uninstall the ones that will let you. There just preloading software like company's did on pc's years ago. AOL anyone LOL
