Apple watch showing up as galaxy tablet

My Apple watch series 3 shows up on my account as a galaxy tab 4. Because of this, it will not let me set up to cellular, which is the reason I got it in the first place. I have called multiple people on AT&T's 800 number with no solution. Some have promised to call back and some said they will forward higher and I will hear something back. So far, I haven't heard a thing. I'm positive when it comes time to send a bill though, I will be charged for a service they didn't provide.
Part two: I tried a week later, and the watch connected to cellular, but using a different number than the installment account originally purchased under. So I now have an extra account showing up, and it's showing up as an Apple watch. The galaxy tab is also still there. So, I am getting double billed. The watch was ordered directly from AT&T inside there store.
Anyone else have the same problem or solution?
