Blacklisted Phones

I have received two phones from AT&T Warranty Service that have been reported as stolen.  They immediately become blacklisted and no longer work. I have called in over 5 times to resolve with no fix. I have escalated this through customer loyalty and warranty claims and nobody is willing to provide me a new phone.  I have wasted so much time on the phone trying to resolve and AT&T is not interested in helping.  Strongly considering ANY other carrier to switch.

Is it very unusual for our warranty department to send out devices which have been flagged as stolen.  This is definitely something we need to get rectified.  I will be happy to assist you with this matter.


In order to pursue this matter, I will need to gather some account information.  To do this I will need to request we move this conversation to more secure locale.
