Call Protect App Loop

Hello

Back in January I reported to At&t via 611 that Call Protect wouldn’t let me sign back in again. I get a code, put in the code and it asks me to try again. We tried removing call protect from my line to force a new sign up but that didn’t help. Any idea when it will be fixed ? They put in a bug ticket and it’s been 6 months. 😞
