Can't use iphone indoors since I updated iOS.

I downloaded the latest iOS in November and ever since then, I can't use the phone at work which is a tremendous inconvenience. I have to walk outside to talk to someone. Make it impossible to go over and job related matters in the office. I never had this problem before. Sometimes I can hear the caller but they can't hear me until I step outside. I restarted the phone and router here in the office a half dozen times. What else can I do to get reception back?

Hi @OnPoint525,

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having making calls while inside. There are a few thing that can cause the issue. In some instances, power cycling the device is the easiest fix but as you wrote, has not worked. Resetting the network may resolve this. In other instances, we have seen where the environment where the call is made has caused issue. The fact it works while outside, seems to point to environment. Reverting back to the original OS and then updating may help.
