Customer Relations Office of the President

I was misinformed by an AT&T Rep about the recent iPhone 8 buy 1 get 1 free promotion. I was told you buy an iPhone 8 and you can get an iPhone 7 or an iPhone 8 for free but nothing lower than a 7 and if you wanted the X you would receive a $750.00 discount toward the device installments. I purchased three iPhone 8s and three iPhone 7s. One device credit bc you had to purchase all iPhone 8s 611 customer service treated me like I was scamming them and I need help from higher up the ladder

I called your customer service line to inquire about my bill increasing the last 2 months.  They could not help because they were having computer issues and could not pull up the bill.  They also could not transfer me to a US representative (no phone capability to do so).  What kind of customer service is that?  My March bill is 9.33 more than my February bill and my April bill is 9.41 more.  I have not changed any services.  Please advise why my bill has increased $18.74 in 2 months?

On May 2018 I was misinformed by AT&T.  AT&T representative informed me that if I change my account from another carrier AT&T will pay up to $700 per device.  After, I got my last bill from the other carrier I sent the information different time via email and mail to AT&T, as of today I haven't got anything from AT&T.  Every time that I call AT&T a new poor excuse it is what I get back from AT&T.  I feel that AT&T laid to me.  The customer services and the ethic is not fair.  It does not fallow AT&T "values"...all lays.  I don't feel that they have done right and/or what they said they were promising.  I defently regret the day that I decided to make a change to AT&T.  I will like to get help from upper management.
