Family Map App iPlus8

after i updated my phone, my family map app did not work anymore.  it keeps showing the get started page, i enter my phone number, get a code, enter that then it goes back to the get started page.......

 

PLEASE HELP!!   it works fine on my daughters phone, we have the same phone, on the same plan, same apple id, etc.

Same thing is happening to me. It seemed to work fine until yesterday. Really hope someone can help.

I'm not sure if this means anything, but....I went to the AppStore on my iPhone, clicked on app support tab. This routed me to a webpage (tryfamily.com) and I got a message that tryfamily is offline. The page is full of error codes. Maybe it's no longer working. We will probably have to find another family app.
