Hot spot issues

Has anyone else experienced an issue with there hot spot with their phone?

I have used it tons of times in the past and for the last few months it will only allow my computer to go to Gmail and Yahoo. it will not allow my pc to go to any other web pages. I have shown numerous times to reps at the ATT store and no one has a clue what the problem is. They told me to go to Geek squad and they could fix it for sure. Went to Geek Squad and got the same results ... they have no clue what the issue is. Have called Pro tech and spent hours on the phone with them as well only to find out that they have no clue either. They moved it to Advanced tech , they said it would take a few days and they would reach out and let me know what the issue is .... no response from them over a week later.

The real kicker is ... if you connect my Mac Book Pro to the Hotspot it works perfectly and allows the mac to go to any webpage I want. Problem is some of the Applications I have to use are only PC based, and only require a internet connection.

I have wasted to much time and money to get the run around all the time .... reaching out here to see if anyone has any suggestions
