iPhone 5s help

My phone randomly shuts off with a full battery.  The only way to "wake"
it up is to plug in it.  After I plug it in, I see the low battery signal but once it turns on the battery goes back to full charge.  I've tried a soft reset but nothing seems to work and it keeps happening!!  Anyone have this issue?   How can I resolve it?

I would take it to the Apple Store it sounds like you have either a hardware issue or bad battery.

There was a report on the news the other night about a recall on iPhone 5s batteries that were manufactured within a certain period of time. Contact Apple and see if your iPhone qualifies.

The replacement program is for iPhone 5 batteries not 5S batteries...

The OP should still visit an Apple or AT&T store for possible warrenty service though if applicable...

I never heard about that issue. But most iphone issues can be fixed doing a full restore with iphone in DFU mode.
